Position: Project Manager with BPM & Financial background exp
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6+ months

Extensive financial Industry exp
8 to 10 years’ experience as a PM
No experience in Program or PMO Management
Software development project management in both Waterfall and Agile NOT infrastructure PM. Perhaps even started their career as a developer.
Experience in BPM project management like Lombardi or Blaze or IBM BPM. Alternatively experience in business process engineering or business analysis a plus.
Strong in SDLC
Qualifications:
Ability to perform analysis of client business organizational and environmental factors
Ability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close all aspects of Prolifics projects
Extensive implementation project management experience in both Waterfall and Agile
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including its phases and artifacts
Assist in the recruitment of consultants to ensure growth and business plans are achieved
Mentor new consultants and facilitate entry to the Prolifics organization
Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the consulting team while maintaining a balance between client satisfaction and Project profitability
Help improve client’s operational efficiency and effectiveness by contributing to the development of process, systems, methodologies and tools
Support sales through involvement in pre-sales activities, presenting capabilities as an added value
Represent Prolifics in the wider market and industry by speaking at seminars and conferences
Excel at managing client relationships and setting stakeholder expectations
Superior business acumen including financial analysis, translation of complex technology concepts to layman terminology and polished presentation skills
