  • Team is comprised of 5 offshore technical EDI developers
  • Team also provides MessageWay support
  • Team provides day-to-day support for all of clients EDI environment and transactions
  • Lead the team in meeting SLAs
  • Responsible for issue resolution/escalation
  • Position is the primary interface with client's IT organization
  • Requires offhour and weekend support for high severity issues
  • Organize & Lead meetings
  • Establish agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Write Release Plans, Test Cases, Requirement Documents, Change Orders, Implementation Plans, and Final Acceptance Documents
  • Organize upcoming releases
  • Forecast future releases

Skills
  • Sterling Gentran experience a must (5+ years)
  • Full understanding of EDI processing and document types
  • Understanding of mapping systems
  • Good customer communications and personality
  • Ability to interact with multiple user groups for multiple projects
  • Good organizational skills

  • Previous lead experience
