Job Description :
Help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions.

Change Lead responsible for the deployment of the Oracle finance solution with Japan/Europe
o Activities: Change Management – leadership alignment, stakeholder management, impact management, communications content, readiness and adoption measurement, training design and review
o Functional: Knowledge of finance processes – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Invoicing. Responsible for increased for enhanced functionality in US (rolled out finance in 1st release) and being the hub of information for international liaisons
o Industry: Retail
o System: Oracle RMS
o Location: Dodgeville, WI (near Madison, WI) Monday – Friday (Travel ok)
