Job Description:
Experience of 7-10 yrs as a QA Lead.
Hands-on Strong Manual Testing experience with some Automation experience (Selenium preferred). Basic Developer skills also required including a combination of PL/SQL, Java or Groovy scripting.
Very good communication skills.
Analytical skills & debugging of functional flows during failures/defects.
Proactive, self-driven, takes Ownership to deliver.
Interaction & Scrum Calls with Cloud Dev/Biz stakeholders on regular basis.
Coordination on requirements and functional knowledge with Offshore team.
Release Planning, Coordination and Management."
